RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1) BEFORE making a return, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

The item is in its original packaging.
The request must be made within 14 days (from the date of delivery).
The item has never been washed or even worn; it must be in its original condition.
The labels must be attached to the item.
Once the package has been sent to the address indicated below, you must send us proof of this shipment.

3) Return the desired items following the instructions provided by our customer service department. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not have a return address in Europe; international returns are at your own expense. Return Address:

Our refund processing times are 7 to 14 days depending on your payment method (Mastercard or Visa bank card).
